For The Love Of Leather

Is there such a thing as wearing too much leather? Well I am totally the wrong person to ask, I tend to go a tad overboard. But I don't think there is any such rule, there's so many different shades, textures and faux leather isn't what it use to be.

The Super Cosy

Don't you just love it when you fall in love with something and then you find it in the sale? This gorgeous knitted number was it. This is just the perfect jumper for me with its super long sleeves and Hight neck and to top it off

Benefit: Roller Lash

Me and mascara have a bit of a love hate relationship, I hardly ever buy it and when it's the mascara part of my make-up routine I rush it because to be honest I cant be bothered to spend time applying it. I have a few high end and a few drugstore mascaras but not one I'm particularly in love with.

A Girls Best Friend

I think I would be right in saying a girls true best friend is her bedroom. It’s where she prepares herself to take on the world, a place where she can reflect, and a place where she can do absolutely nothing by candle light. Or if you’re anything like me, a place where you can dress up, putting outfits together and trying on make-up.....which is something we will never grow out of.

I truly believe that colours and textures in rooms can contribute to your mood and I feel  that it's important that your bedroom is a place that you should get excited to be in, all your favourite stuff in one room, what’s not to get excited about?!

My room is an awkward L shape and doesn't let much light in. I've been scrolling through Tumblr & Pintrest (I could scroll forever, I love it) for inspiration and what I’ve noticed is that I'm drawn to very neutral decor, pastel colours with a touch of outdoor elements such a wood or brick. So that's the look I think I'm going to go for.

I really love the decor in the top left of the first image, even though the wall is a dark grey the giant white canvas is a great way of making the room still seem lighter.

What colours are in your room? Or are you thinking of redecorating? I would love to hear your ideas.
