The Originals.....

Shoes have always been my thing, you can never have enough. I remember my first favourite pair were in fact some real wooden clogs that my grandparents brought me back from Holland in the mid 80's. I loved them so much I never wore them, then when I wanted to I couldn't event fit my big toe in....gutted. Obviously not the ideal footwear to play out in but hey,
why not?! They were the real deal.

Then you hit your early 20's and if they ain’t 6inch they ain’t worth bothering with.......WRONG!! I do love a good heel but these day's I’m all about comfort.

So as I turned 32 on Monday my boyfriend let me pick out some shoes In Selfridges on Oxford Street, London. Why didn't you drag him kicking and screaming to the Louboutin section you ask? Well not only were they NOT with in our price range, I was originally looking for some Nike Flyknits. That's when I spotted they stocked these gorgeous Clarks Originals. I had seen them on a member of staff a while back but they were only available online and had sold out. I cannot express how happy I was when they had my size.

The leather is beautiful & buttery and for comfort I would give them an 11 out of 10. I am so looking forward to styling these. They will not be getting saved like the clogs.
