Back in the day(like every woman I guess) I had the worst eyebrows EVER! Plucked with in an inch of their life. I can’t remember the turning point and the realisation that they looked dreadful, but once my auntie introduced me to threading about 10 years ago. That was my go to source for shaping an have never used a pair of tweezers since.
I’ve picked these as my top 4 product for eyebrows purely because they are what I have been using over the last year. Like most beauty products I use, I don’t have a set routine. I use whatever I feel like at the time(hence me having 4 on the go, is that normal? I don’t know?!).
This is a newcomer to my make-up collection and is probably what sparked the idea of this post. They meant every word when they named this lil baby “the precision brow pencil”. That’s exactly what it is. I didn’t think I could enjoy doing my brows as much and especially with a pencil. It’s spot on at creating hair like strokes.
If staying power is what you are looking for then you need this cult beauty fave in your make-up stash NOW! It comes in 11 different shades…I mean 11 shades? That’s just epic compared from the usual 3 that a lot of brands still do. It’s so pigmented; a little goes a really long way. I’ve had mine over 2 years (probably need a new one) and there’s still over half left.
I apply mine with an angled brush by drawing a line underneath to get that perfect shape, then comb upwards with a spooly.
Now this little award-winning gem is a one of a kind. The tiny microfibers it contains stick to the skin & hairs, making it look like your brows are fuller, literally make it seems like you have more hair. Perfect, if like mine your brows are a little thin. The brush is tiny and tapered perfectly to get your brows just where you want them.
Now this product is a must of mine for finishing off my brows, it’s not pigmented enough alone for what I need from a brow product. But I love the natural shine it adds to my brow hair, which I find makes the bows look more natural and takes away the matte finish that some products have. Sometimes if I’m in a rush, or having a make-up free day I use this to give my brows a little something.
So that rounds up my top 4 eyebrow products. If you have any recommendations or any tips, I would love to hear them.
